Completing this form will place you on our surgery waitlist. Surgery space is limited so there may be a long wait.

We contact individuals one to two weeks in advance of the surgery date. Cats must be dropped off at MAPS the day before surgery and picked up the day after. Dates and times for drop off and pick up will be scheduled when we contact you.

NOTE: Clear and prompt communication is crucial to ensure you keep your place on our surgery schedule. Please respond to scheduling requests within 24 hours or your place will be lost.

Cost is $125 which is due at the time of drop off. We take cash or credit card (3% transaction fee will be applied).
Service includes: Spay or Neuter surgery, Rabies Vaccine (if old enough), Distemper Vaccine, Parasite Prevention, and Microchip (all pets will be microchipped). Ear tip optional if they are outside cats.

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit due at the time of scheduling. Once your appointment is confirmed and scheduled with a staff member, you’ll need to come back to this page to pay your deposit. Failure to pay the deposit will result in you losing your place on our spay/neuter schedule.
